We use Tracked postage only 

If we have your particular item in stock at the time of ordering we will aim to dispatch it the next day, but most of our items are specially hand knitted to order in the size and colour of your choice, estimated delivery times for 1 cardigan to be hand knitted and posted is 2-3 weeks, larger orders and larger pram sets and shawls may take a up to 6 weeks to hand knit, we will email you an estimated delivery date on receipt of your order.

International 

We use Tracked courier post only

All Australian orders will be delivered within approximately 7-10 working working days after they have been hand knitted .  Some delays may occur with airmail which is beyond our control. 

All other international orders will be delivered in approximately 10-15 working days after they have been hand knitted . Some delays may occur with airmail which is beyond our control.

International orders are sent via Courier post and may be subject to import duties and/or additional taxes or expenses incurred due to complying with foreign regulatory requirements or laws. You will be responsible for payment of any such duties and/or taxes in addition to our price including applicable sales tax and the cost of delivery. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office or taxation authority for further information before placing your order. When shipping products internationally, please be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Goods are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

​Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are indicative only and we will not be liable for any loss or expenses sustained by you arising from any delay in the delivery of the Goods however caused.

​Should a parcel go a stray we will raise a claim with the courier service and provide you with all the details required so you can follow up on the parcel.
